How we pack, ship, and handle returns for research materials.

1. Processing and dispatch
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within one business day. Delivery within the US generally takes 2–3 business days via tracked courier. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
2. Packaging
Lyophilized research materials are packed for transit stability, with temperature-conscious materials where appropriate. Lyophilized compounds are comparatively stable at ambient transit temperatures for the short shipping window.
3. Free shipping
Orders over $150.00 qualify for free standard shipping within the US. Rates for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.
4. Returns
Because these are research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or reconstituted vials for quality and integrity reasons. If a product arrives damaged or does not match its order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will make it right.
5. Damaged or incorrect items
Email support@pureauraa.com with your order number. Verified damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded.
